Rates
On Site Work
All on-site 713 IT Support services are billed at $150/hour with a one hour minimum. Time after the first hour is billed in half-hour increments.
Remote Repairs
Remote service is available at the same $120/hr rate, but with a half-hour minimum. “Quick Fix” remote or phone sessions of 20 minutes or less are billed at $30 each.
Travel Fee
There may be a $20 travel fee assessed depending on your location. It may be charged on a case by case basis. Generally, travelling outside of Beltway 8 will incur the fee.
